Scrambled Eggs With Carrot And Sweet Pepper .

Ingredients....
3 Eggs
1/2 TBS Black Pepper
1/2 TBS Salt
1 Small Sweet Pepper 
1 Small Carrot
1 Small Onion 
Diced,Grater or Chop Onion Carrot and Pepper to your preference.

Egg is so much individual's favourite and Yes! I like myself some eggs, whether they are scrambled, fried , boiled or omeletated :)) 

I just got home from work and it's rather late, a heavy dinner now will be to much on my stomach so I have decided to again do some thing light.

I prepared scrambled eggs for my son Yes! His favourite egg style preperation and I settled for a vegetable flaplet, :) I called it a "Flaplet!" because it's done just like an omelet but more ingredients is added and when finished is folded Instead.

The scrambled eggs of course is really easy to do, as it's just eggs whisked in a bowl until a frothy consistancy with salt and black pepper added to taste onion,carrot and sweet pepper is diced into small pieces and added to egg mixture.

And with scrambled eggs you can do more color variation as you can add more colored vegetables if you want to, so the method goes like this.

In a hot pan with cooking butter melted add all the egg mixture and stir, keep stirring the mixture as it's going to start to cook and harden so you have to keep watch over it to know when the stiring method must be applied to get the scrambled look as leaving it unattended will make the mixture cook and form into big lumps of egg.

So keep stiring and the mixture will have the scrambled indentified look, as to be Yes!  Scrambled egg :)

When egg is done cooking and it has maintained the texture and the scramble look of your preference turn off the heat and take the pan off the stove.

Serve on a plate and you can garnish with vegatables to give that colorful appealing look to make your scramble egg stand out. Enjoy! :) 

 Vegetable Egg Flaplet...

Ingredients.
3 Eggs
1 Small Onion
1 Small Sweet Pepper
Marjaram 
Thyme
1small Garlic Pod
1/2 TSP of Black Pepper.
1/2 TSP of Salt
Diced, Grated or chop vegetables to your preference.


In a bowl prepare three eggs whisked until you get a frothy consistancy, add all ingredients and stir in to and mixed well.

In a large hot pan put I tea spoon of cooking butter and let it melt, when the butter is all melted add egg mixture, and at this point there will be a need to hold the pan and in a circular motion of movement let the mixture filled the pan to get the pan shape and to let the mixture cook evenly.

With an egg fry holder you can check the egg around under the edges to make sure that it is cooked well.

When the first side is cooked flip the egg to let the other side cook as wwell as eggs takes like less than 5mins to cook.

When both sides are well cooked you can either fold it in the pan or take it out and fold it on a plate.

With a knife cut finished egg flaplet into desired cuttlets garnish with thyme and marjaram and serve .  Enjoy!  :)
