Stew Lamb Chops With Stew Potatoes.



This recipe is so mouth watering and it taste so good, I always have  to watch myself when I'm cooking it, or I may end up eating all myself :))

As always this is a very easy recipe and it consist of very little effort or energy I must say.

The only energy you will be using is consuming this delicious food :))

With this recipe you need some...
Lamb Chops
Thyme.
Black pepper.
Curry.
Onion Sliced
Garlic Grater,sliced or diced
Marjaram Shredded
Carrots Diced or sliced
Sweet pepper Diced or sliced
Salt to taste.
Ketchup.

And of course you can add any other seasonings as choice,as the more seasonings the better the fusion and taste.

All ingredients are cleaned,peel, chopped,diced and added to a saucepan with water that just covers the meat,try not to put to much water as the gravy will take a while to simmer down to it's consistancy.
As always when you're making stews, the longer it stays on the heat to boil down the better the consistancy and taste.

Never tried the easy out method of basing your stews or gravy with flour, that is a big no, no as it just makes the gravy so milky and the taste is never the same.

As all ingredients cook along together they always fuse perfectly,you can add a pinch of salt if it needs more taste which in fact most of the time it does'nt because the ingredients with the meat creates it's own salt.
